‘I remember looking out of the car window and seeing the road and thinking how big it was, it sort of looked like a big concrete monster, as I was only little.’

Having grown up in the Midlands, Ms Kenny (39) from Stourbridge, has recently overseen a major concrete and waterproofing repair scheme worth £4.7m at Spaghetti Junction.
