Waste: Closed for further business

 
Leicestershire County Council has closed its Oadby recycling and household waste centre until early October to allow contractors to complete the final phase of a £1.2M upgrade of the site.
Professor Mike Preston, the county’s cabinet member for waste management said: ‘Once work is complete, a larger and much improved site with better recycling facilities, will be available for residents.’
