Tram operator ‘hopeful’ ill-fated scheme is back on track

Edinburgh Trams has revealed it is ‘hopeful’ a breakthrough can be made this year to resolve the beleaguered tram project’s contractual dispute. The council-owned company has conceded that progress on the project is dependent on a resolution.
