Traffic management: Making migration moves

The Government has been urged to think through the consequences of the continuing ‘mass inward migration’ to England’s rural areas.
The Commission for Rural Communities called for action, given the 105,000 people moving from urban to rural areas last year, while rural services declined and traffic levels continued to rise.
