Buckinghamshire County Council is looking at calls to remove traffic signs in the town of Marlow, following local interest in the ‘shared space’ movement.

The Marlow proposal was discussed at Marlow Town Council, and put forward by Wycombe District Council chairman, Roger Wilson, who said removing traffic signs in the historic town would make motorists more aware of their surroundings. The county says it is looking into the idea.
