Sutton seeks approval

London Borough of Sutton is inviting residents to have their say on plans to improve the design of new buildings and public spaces in future developments.
It has outlined its design principles for pedestrian links, materials, signage, paving, shopfronts and street furniture in a report entitled Creating locally Distinctive places: Sutton’s urban design guide. The council has set a deadline of 13 March for comments and public responses.
