Almost 70 GMB members working for National Car Parks in Enfield started the first of three days of strike yesterday over the company’s refusal to recognise GMB for bargaining on pay and conditions.
Workers will picket NCP sites on each of the three days of strike action. Rob Kelsall, GMB organiser, said: ‘I am confident that GMB members will win this dispute, given the tremendous confidence and resolve they have shown during the run-up to the strike.’
