Site lacks Vision’s support

Plans to site a depot for Transport for London's proposed Camden-Peckham tram scheme are facing opposition.

Local community group Peckham Vision is getting residents to sign a petition against locating the 48-tram Cross River transit depot on a site where there are flats, small businesses and artists’ studios. It hopes the local planning authority, Lambeth council, will respect a planning inspector recommendation to reject the site.
