Shelter fears are exposed

Vandalised and run-down bus shelters are putting people off public transport, according to Lancashire County Council.
A task group of county and district councillors was commissioned to look into problems with the county’s 2,000 shelters.
The task group, whose role is to investigate and recommend improvements to council services, is appealing to people to offer their views and comments on the issue.
