Schools included in review

Calderdale Council is to review its winter services for the first time in more than 20 years, after identifying a number of schools which were not included on precautionary salting routes.

Under a full review of the service, the council will consider giving schools a higher priority, take into account the significantly-milder winters now experienced and ways of improving service efficiency.
