Retail therapy under way

Work has got under way on the first phase of the £300M redevelopment of Newport’s retail centre.
UBS Triton Property Fund has started the £20M refurbishment and extension of the Kingsway shopping centre in Newport and construction of the new 1,050 space multi-storey car park.
In addition, the four-hectare site of John Frost Square and the bus station is being redeveloped into a £200M mixed-use site.
