RLB signs up Cartledge

 
The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames has signed a 15-year deal for the maintenance of streetlights, signs and bollards.
The 15-year framework contract has been awarded to Cartledge. ~Chris Hamshar~, Kingston’s head of highways and transportation said: ‘This is a further step in our move away from traditional contracts, towards longer-term partnerships.’
