Planning: Planning a hi-tech link

Scottish Councils and Transport for Scotland have joined forces with the Scottish Executive to fund a £12M scheme that will put all planning applications at just a click of a mouse away.

The bulk of the funding is provided through £9.1M approved by finance minister, Tom McCabe, as part of the executive’s efficient government fund.
