Plan lined up for corridor

A decision on regeneration of the Leeds-Bradford corridor is due at Bradford Council’s executive meeting next week. Members will decide whether to take forward further joint working between Bradford and Leeds City Council on the nine-mile corridor which stretches between the two cities. A budget of £50,000 a year for two years from each authority, and the creation of a staff post to take the scheme forward, will also be discussed. A regeneration study identified possible investment requirements of £18M over a 10-year period.
