Path revamp takes route

Redcar and Cleveland Council has secured an £18,500 grant to revamp a stretch of a popular walkers’ route.
The funding has enabled the council to plant flowers, remove dumped tyres, and resurface the footpath on the Teesdale Way, near South Bank railway station.
Areas for Grayling butterflies will be created and new barriers installed.
