Parsons’ bypass preach

Leicestershire County Council leader, David Parsons, has launched a campaign to speed up plans for a new bypass at Melton Mowbray.

Cllr Parsons is inviting local MP Alan Duncan, and Melton Borough Council leader Malise Graham, along with other business and community leaders, to join him lobbying regional and central government to fund the bypass.
