Parking: Offenders put in the picture

Westminster City Council is to use CCTV cameras to enforce parking regulations. Following a successful trial earlier this year, the scheme is now being rolled out across Westminster and will cover some of the most congested streets in areas such as the West End. Cameras will detect and fine those vehicles that are parked illegally and causing obstructions.
