Parking: Bucks battles rogue parking

 
Buckinghamshire County Council has launched a zero-tolerance warning to motorists who park or stop in disabled parking bays, after consultation with local access groups campaigning for the rights of disabled residents.
Parking attendants have been told to issue penalty charges tickets, even if non-badge holders are waiting in disabled bays with the engine running, and the county has said there will be no ‘three-minute observation period’.
