No funding for new traffic code, despite legal issues

The Department of Transport (DfT) are not providing additional funding for local authorities to implement the new code of practice on managing electronic traffic equipment, despite possible legal issues arising from non-compliance, according to the former chair of the UK Roads Board, Matthew Lugg.
