New director for City project

Corporate lawyer Laura Gordon, 40, has become director of the City Collaboration Project aimed at forging closer transport, economic and tourism links between Edinburgh and Glasgow.

The project is funded by Glasgow and Edinburgh city councils’ Cities Growth Fund and Ms Gordon has promised to give priority to improved bus and rail links between the cities.
