Network’s latest link opens

The latest part of a 16km off-road cycle network on the Exe Estuary will be opened on Friday.
Devon and Exeter councils have worked in partnership to improve the 5km stretch between Bridge Road and Turf Lock of the 16km Exe Estuary Trail, which will eventually provide walking and cycling routes connecting Exeter to Dawlish and Exmouth.
Once all of the trails have been completed, they will provide walking and cycle access to Exeter for 80,000 residents in Devon.
