Neighbours to watch waste

Teignbridge Council in Devon is calling on residents to report neighbours who do not recycle their waste.
If offenders fail to heed a first warning, they will be visited by a ‘recycling sheriff’, who will inspect their waste.
The council says it has resorted to the measures to target the 30% of residents who are not complying with its recycling scheme.
