Tough action has been promised on the riders of mini-motos who illegally use the powered two-wheelers.

Riders who use them on roads or on private land without permission could receive points on their licence even if they do not have one, a driving ban, a fine or face having their bikes crushed under new guidance published by the Respect Task Force.
