Mayor Ken’s 20mph pledge

 
Ken Livingstone has re-affirmed plans to ‘work with London’s boroughs’ to make 20mph the standard speed limit on London’s residential streets.

The incumbent mayor of London vowed to achieve a standard 20mph limit, if he is re-elected at the beginning of May. Tory candidate Boris Johnson has opposed 20mph for all residential streets.
