Marshalls glowing with pride over Beacon illuminations

New streetlighting has been installed as part of the recently-completed regeneration of Torquay’s waterfront.
Marshalls Street Furniture completed the scheme to improve the town’s seaside facilities and public area at Beacon Quay. The company implemented bespoke seating for the boardwalk area overlooking embarkation ramps where troops set off for Normandy and the D-Day landings in June 1944.
It also installed two co-ordinating post and rail systems with anti-climb arches. The company said it was its most challenging installation of Ferrocast to date.
