Hydrogen spreads over EU

The European Commission is expanding an EU-wide trial of hydrogen vehicles.

Two fresh projects will see eight fuel-cell passenger cars trialled on the streets of Frankfurt and Mantova and around 150 small vehicles – including mini-buses and scooters – piloted across the EU.
The aim is to test both the vehicles and efficiency of hydrogen-fuel infrastructure.
