Great boost for Notley

Essex County Council began improvement works this week to the Great Notley Bypass, near Braintree.
The work involves dualling the existing single carriageway between Notley Green roundabout and Queenborough Lane roundabout. The work is funded by a £4.8M grant from the Government’s Community Infrastructure Fund. The existing road was completed in the early 1990s
