Fired up for Ashes proposal

 
Veolia Environmental Services has received planning permission to build its sixth UK materials recovery facility, which will be located at its existing Four Ashes site near Wolverhampton.

The site, which will open this year, will process 40,000t each year of plastic bottles, cans and glass from local kerbside collection schemes. When complete, the MRF will be capable of accepting and baling cardboard and paper from commercial sources.
