Filled with enthusiasm

A £2M project to improve roads and footways is under way in the London Borough of Lambeth.
More than 20 roads and 17 footways are to be resurfaced over the course of the year, in a drive to tackle the borough’s potholes. The work will be undertaken by the council’s new highways contractor, FM Conway. The contract has a focus on ensuring recycled or reclaimed materials are used whenever possible.
