Councils across the South East have started early talks about forming a sub-national transport grouping, Surveyor understands.

President of the Association of Directors of Environment, Economy, Planning and Transport (ADEPT) and director of communities, economy and transport at East Sussex CC, Rupert Clubb has revealed that ‘very early talks’ have taken place across the region.
