EMPReSS reigns in jams

 
Motorists in the Midlands are being urged to avoid traffic jams caused by road works during the Easter break by going on-line.
The EMPReSS – East Midlands Partnership Regional electronic Spatial System – has been created by East Midlands authorities. Councils in holiday locations, such as Cornwall and Hampshire, have also joined.
