Door-to-door service opens

A new door-to-door public transport service has being launched in Wigan.
The new Tyldesley and Shakerley Local Link service, funded by Greater Manchester Passenger Transport Authority, picks people up from their homes and drops them anywhere in the service area. The new service replaces the 651 bus service from Leigh to Shakerley, providing links with Leigh, Leigh Infirmary and Atherton.
