Cycling’s riding high in cash hand-out

Cycling has taken centre stage in the second tranche of the local sustainable transport fund (LSTF), but several projects lost out, despite previously piloting trail-blazing schemes. The news reveals cash will still be spent on the form of transport, despite the axing of Cycling England and its £60m annual budget.
