Correction: Welsh Government helps fund national road works database

 

Correction: This article has been amended as it originally and incorrectly said the Scottish Government had paid for a central road works database. This is not the case as the development and funding for the Scottish Road Works Register (SRWR) has always come directly from the road works community through annual levies. The Scottish Road Works Commissioner publishes a selection of data from the SRWR on the public website at http://www.roadworksscotland.org/. Surveyor Transport Network apologises for the inaccuracy.
