The Department for Communities and Local Government this week released a ‘living draft’ of a Practice guide companion to planning policy statement 25 (PPS25), to help planners applying the policy when managing flood risk.
The guide will act as a consultation document as well as an interim support document for planners, and it seeks to help create consistency in how the policy is implemented across the country.
