Club’s drive for members

A car club has been launched in Norwich, giving residents access to cars for as little as £2.80-an-hour.
The city council’s CityCarClub pay-as-you-drive scheme operates in York Street as part of the authority’s drive to reduce carbon dioxide emissions.
It is funded as part of the CIVITAS initiative for cleaner and better transport in cities, which is co-financed by the EU.
