City reviews transport need

The 11 councils which make up the Leeds City Region partnership have appointed transport planning specialists to review the way in which transport is planned and delivered across the area.

Consultant WS Atkins will consider and evaluate a range of options for transport governance, including existing and potential future structure and decision-making functions and powers, funding, geographical coverage, and the timing of any possible reform.
