Wiltshire County Council has unveiled a £600,000 plan to revamp Warminster town centre.
The scheme would see the widening of pavements and removal of on-street parking in the centre, as well as improving streetlighting and installing new pedestrian crossings. The council proposes that the work begins in April 2007, and ends by the end of 2008.
