Casino traffic warning

Building a Last Vegas-style ‘super casino’ in Brent or Greenwich in London is likely to lead to ‘greatly increased traffic given the existing strains on transport in the areas’, it has been warned.
The London Assembly economic development committee chair, Dee Coocey, made the warning over the impact on local residents as she reiterated recommendations her committee made in the autumn to locate large casinos away from high streets.
