Car park staff near bottom

Car park attendants come near the bottom of the earnings league table in the GMB’s latest survey of pay levels based on official figures supplied by the Office of National Statistics.
Earning an average of just £15,327 a year, car park attendants are ranked 312th in the table – with directors and chief executives of major organisations topping the league with remunerations of more than £180,000 a year.
