Caerphilly sounds alarm over deteriorating roads

 

Caerphilly CBC’s biggest asset, its highways network, risks falling into ‘serious disrepair’ unless more is spent on maintenance, council officers warned this week, as they outlined plans to spend £2m from the authority’s reserves on resurfacing works to carriageways and footways.
