Bus satisfaction on decline

 
The Department of Transport has published national statistics on passenger satisfaction, bus reliability, age of fleet and bus and light rail patronage in Bus and Light Rail Statistics GB: October to December 2005.
The average score for overall satisfaction given by passengers for the bus journey completed in England was 80 out of 100. This is down two points on the record high score of the previous quarter.
However, satisfaction with reliability in England was up by one point from the summer quarter at 69 out of 100 - the highest recorded value for this measure.
