~John Deegan~ said Stratford-upon-Avon council leader, Cllr Les Topham, had expressed misapprehensions about the proposal for a new crossing going out to consultation, but after speaking to him, he was now ‘confident of getting the council’s support’. .
The county council launched a competition to find a designer for the bridge at the MIPIM property show in Cannes last month (Surveyor, 16 March).
