£3M Vision set to be a hit for Plymouth’s West End

Plymouth City Council is to allocate £3.1M from its capital programme to fund the first phase of work to improve the city’s West End.

The West End Vision, which was unveiled last year by Plymouth City Centre Company, involves major long-term projects over the next 20 years.

Council leader Vivien Pengelly said: ‘We’re delighted to be able to support the planned improvements.
